CONFIDENTIALITY
Our work together will remain confidential, including any initial contact we have. In rare cases, I may be obligated by the ethical guidelines of my professional organisations (NMC and BABCP) to reach out to your doctor or another healthcare professional. This would only occur if I had concerns about your well-being and I would always discuss it with you beforehand.
I am legally obliged to disclose information:
Where I believe you or a third party is at serious risk.
Where I have concerns regarding child protection issues or safeguarding issues for vulnerable adults.
GDPR
In accordance with guidance from my professional bodies, British Association for Behavioural & Cognitive Psychotherapies and Nursing and Midwifery Council, I am required to keep a record of our contact including personal details and session notes. I use the Konfidens record keeping system https://www.konfidens.com/ which uses a range of security and privacy measures that ensures compliance with legislative and regulatory requirements of GDPR. In accordance with guidelines I retain your file/notes for 7 years. After this time, I will delete any electronic copies relating to you.

CANCELATION
All sessions are required to be paid in advance via bank transfer. A cancelation requires a minimum of 24 hours' notice via email if you are unable to keep an appointment to avoid fees being charged. If you cancel with less than 24 hours' notice or fail to attend a scheduled appointment without giving notice, the full fee will be due.

PRICING
Initial 15 minute consultation calls are free. We can discuss if we would be a good fit to work with each other or I could recommend a colleague from a network of therapists who may specialise in a particular area or treatment modality that may be more beneficial for you.
All sessions online, in person or walk and talk are priced at £55 per hour.
I appreciate that therapy is an expensive consideration however we begin with building a foundation on the theory and education that is widely available. This education should always be accessible to everyone at no cost. An excellent resource to access this is:
